DeCal Works is known as The Original MX Graphics Company, established in 1989 and recognized for pioneering custom motocross graphics and rider-specific decal kits.

Custom graphics, designs, and decal layouts we create are also protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DeCal Works retains all rights in its original artwork, templates, and design concepts, even when produced for specific riders, teams, or dealers.

5. Custom-Made Products & No Refund Policy

DeCal Works graphics are custom-made based on rider, bike, and design selections. Due to the personalized nature of these products, DeCal Works operates under a strict No Returns / No Refunds policy on custom decals.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs, spellings, race numbers, and design details before final approval. Once approved, orders move to production and cannot be changed or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

6. No Warranty

The website and newsletter content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Riding and racing motocross involves inherent risks; you are solely responsible for your safety and equipment choices.

7. Limitation of Liability
