DeCal Works ships custom graphics from our facility in Kingston, Illinois. Shipping times may vary based on your location, order volume, and production schedule.

You will receive shipping details and, where available, tracking information once your order has been produced and dispatched. Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Custom-Made Products

All DeCal Works graphics are custom-made based on the bike model, colorway, race number, name, sponsors, and design choices you provide.

Because of this high level of personalization, graphics cannot be resold or repurposed if returned. Please carefully review your details and proofs before you approve your order.

No Returns / No Refunds on Custom Decals

DeCal Works operates under a strict No Returns / No Refunds policy on custom-made decals.

Once an order is approved and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned, except where required by applicable law. This policy is in place to reflect the custom nature of each graphic kit we produce.
